College of Business and Economics

College of Business and Economics is among the founded colleges of Injibara University opened in 2017. It started teaching with 411 regular undergraduate students and 18 academic staff under 5 departments in December 2018. The college has total of 7 departments since 2021. It has also extension undergraduate program in Accounting and Finance, Economics, and Management.

Moreover, the college has started two post graduate programs namely MSc in Accounting and Finance, and Master of Business Administration. Currently, more than 1900 undergraduate and 124 post graduate students are enrolled. There are 63 academic staff of which one is Associate Professor and five are Assistant Professors.

In addition to teaching and learning, the college has also been highly engaged in research and community services. Staffs of the college are active in developing research proposals, conducting researches, preparing modules, organizing seminars and providing community services.
